Parent/guardian name
Phone number (only if you opt in to SMS)
Email address
Player name and jersey number

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely for team communication, including:

Practice and game schedule updates
Weather cancellations and time changes
Team announcements

We do not sell, rent, share, or distribute your personal information to any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text Message (SMS) Program

SMS notifications from Gretna Rebels Baseball are opt-in and are not a condition of registration or use of the website. You may register, log in, and use all features of the team site without consenting to text messages.

To opt in, visit /sms-signup and check the consent box, or enable "Text me" in your parent dashboard settings at any time. By checking that box you agree to receive practice and game updates via SMS from Gretna Rebels Baseball at the phone number you provided. Messages are sent approximately 1–2 times per week.

Mobile information (phone numbers and SMS opt-in status) will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This includes affiliates and partners of Gretna Rebels Baseball.
Information sharing to subcontractors who support our services (e.g. Twilio for SMS delivery) is permitted only as required to deliver the messages you have opted in to receive.

Data Retention & Removal

We keep contact information for the duration of the playing season plus one year for record-keeping. To request removal of your data, contact the team manager (see Contact below).
