Acceptance of Terms

By using the Gretna Rebels Baseball website (gretnarebels.com) and our communication services (email and optional SMS), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

Eligibility

You confirm you are a parent or legal guardian of a player on the team, or a coach/staff member.
You confirm any phone number or email address you submit is yours, or that you are authorized to provide it.
The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Communications

Email is the primary channel for team communications and is sent to all approved parent accounts.
SMS is optional and is delivered only to parents who have explicitly opted in via the public sign-up form at /sms-signup or via the "Text me" toggle in their parent dashboard.
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Replying HELP returns support information.
Message frequency for SMS is approximately 1–2 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to share your account access with anyone outside your household.
You agree not to use the site to harass, impersonate, or send unsolicited content to other team members.
The team manager reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers

The website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Gretna Rebels Baseball is a youth team operating in Gretna, Nebraska, and is not a registered business entity providing commercial services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active parent accounts by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
